What we collect

If you contact or instruct us (or enquire about our services), subscribe to receive our updates or if you attend a seminar or other McNair International LLC or McNair International Limited (hereinafter referred to as "McNair International") event (including training), or if you or your company provides or offers to provide its services to us we may collect current and historical personal information including your name, contact details, identification, organisation, position held, address including your postal and email addresses and internet protocol (IP) address.  We may also collect data you provide by completing online forms via our website.

We may also collect personal information from third parties such as conference attendee lists, publicly available records, your employer and/or websites.

Why is it necessary for you to provide personal data?

Generally, your personal data will be provided entirely voluntarily; there are ordinarily no unfavourable effects for you if you choose not to agree to provide personal data. Nevertheless, there are situations in which McNair International cannot take action without some aspects of your personal information, for example your personal information is required to process your instruction, to provide you with access to an online service or newsletter/update or to carry out a legally required compliance screening. In such instances, it will not be possible for us to provide you with your request and we will notify you accordingly.
